I can open Youtube through the Smart remote. I can see the menus and my saved videos, but when I play anything all I can see is a blank screen (except for the progress bar). I can hear everything perfectly. Youtube version cb7003c7.

What's the current software version of your TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung.
