I have a samsung 5 series N5200 but no internet or cable access can I smart view galaxy 8 or connect my phone to tv to watch hulu using my G8 and using tv as a monitor. All help is appreciated. I cannot afford cable or internet at home but have my phone.

@Happy425: To wirelessly mirror your S8 to the TV using Smart View you would require both the TV and phone to be on the same WiFi network. As an alternative approach you may wish to consider an MHL 3.0 Micro USB to HDMI adapter, however as Samsung don't manufacture them I can't guarantee that it will work.
