It's best to ask Netflix directly (as they're the developers)  if their app is available for your model.

But have you done a search for the app on your TV?

Hi @Salim82. Can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu>Smart Hub>Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. 

I've just checked too and can see the latest software version available for your TV is 2008.0. This link will provide you with the download.
