The Netflix app has stopped working on my Samsung smart tv. All the other apps seem to be fine but Netflix doesn’t seem to be responding. I’ve reset my smart hub several times and signed in under different accounts but that hasn’t resolved the issue. Netflix is working fine on my other devices, please help.

Have you tried holding the back button on the remote to force it to quit?
