First my Amazon, then in the same day, Netflix stopped opening. The apps are there, other TV's in my house get them, but my UN49KS8000 49-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart LED TV (2016 Model) just won't open them. It will open all the other apps...so far!

Have you tried restting your Smart Hub? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
