My Netflix not working on the SmartTV almost 2weeks ago. The app cannot be loaded and return to the normal TV broadcast screen. I tried all the unplug, restart...methods. Still not working.
Last week live chat CS, they said they know the issue and ask me to wait for SMS notify for firmware update, should be ready end of Oct. Until today still no news from Samsung.
My firmware is 1511 and it is always said that my firmware is up-to-date and no more new update for me.
What can I do to get my Netflix back!? Why you guys bound the Netflix App with your SmartHub!? It makes the case so complicated!
