NU8009 turns it self off occationally

Hi

My 2 months old NU8009 turns off occasionally for no reason while running via HDMI1 connected to my PC.

I can exclude graphics card standby or any power saving feature on the PC side. The TV simply goes black (without the fancy horizontal closing bars animation) and the red power led lights up. After that happens I have to power on the TV again with my remote control. Any Ideas?

Hi @pauledd. Have you tried a different HDMI cable or port in the TV?

I will try that, but how can a HDMI Port or a cable make the TV shut down?

I've another suspect, my freezer seems to induce some distortion into the power net

of my flat and my old PC-Monitors, espacially those with a poor shielded thin HDMI

cable previously also lost complete image if the freezer turned off.

I will keep an eye on that if there is a coincidence with the freezer.
