Hi,
Netflix stops working randomly on my ue55mu6445uxxc. Only way to fix it is to reset the smarthub, then it works for x amounts of minutes/hours/days. It just gets stuck on the loading screen, with the red circle infinitely spinning, nothing else happening. No way to shut down the app either. This specific app is not uninstallable either. Netflix is working fine on all other units (PC's, tablets, phones) so account is working fine.
I need a permanent solution to this.
