My Samsung smart tv app is showing weird characters instead of icons on the YouTube app

Hello Dear,

my TV YouTube app shows heyroglphic icons.  All of my settings are ok, and i did a factory reset to my TV and everything seems to be fine. 10 minutes after the situation was the same

Hi @Becko. Hope you're enjoying your Monday. Is the rest of your TV displaying the writing in a different language? What's the full model of your TV?

Yes, the rest of the TV is ok. In all other applications too. The model of the TV is 55KS7002. I use the last firmware 1241.5.

Yes, I'm from eastern Europe-Bulgaria.

Yes, and SAMSUNG Bulgaria don't know  how  to support me.

My UE49KS9000 have the same problem.

Im with this same problem, I live in Portugal and bought my TV here.

After a month may be it is fixed. I did twice factory reset of the TV and didn't help. Probably some new update of the YouTube had solved the problem.

.the same thing is happening to me

.resetting the tv fix it, until the next time I plug off the tv. the is happens again

.have tried it multiple times. reinstalling the youtube app didn't do anything 😞
