Moving channels

Hi,can anyone tell me how to move or edit my channels ie BBC hd channel 101 to channel 1 when I follow the instructions it tells me move but when I try this the channel just moves up and down would be very grateful if anyone could help me solve this.forgot to mention my tv is a QE65Q6FNATXXU

Did you manage to sort this out? If not have a look at this useful link. It's not quite the same TV but the principles are the same.

Thanks for getting back to me bud tried what you said but just the same,looks like my channel list is a different one from the illustration that you sent,don't really know what to do next,other than contacting Samsung thanks again
