Recently purchased my 55" MU6470 after upgrading from the 49" Curved equivalent. Got my Virgin Media connected via HDMI & also my Xbox One X via HDMI, but it keeps flashing a black screen while we're watching one of the two. Made sure both wires are correctly inserted at both ends etc and still happens at least once or twice an hour! Help please?
