Loss of picture and remote fails

Here is my problem sent this to Samsung.

This tv is a replacement from Samsung I've had 3 tvs all together all had faults, second tv couldn't be repaired so Samsung sent a new tv, all ok for first few weeks then faults crept in loss of picture a banner coming on tv saying no signal check connection, theres nothing wrong with aerial its new never had problem with it until started using Samsung tvs, found you have to unplug the all in one connection replug and tv comes on this has happened over 6 times, no one has touched tv or moved it its the very poor all in one connection, fails to respond to remote control a number of times have to switch tv off and on before it responds, its been reported via Facebook no one has called back even though they say they have, I've phoned support and they failed to sort anything out, say they will phone back but don't. this tv was supplied on 05/07/17 . First 2 tvs had simular faults main one was sound kept failing, replaced with UE49KS9000T, First 2 TVs were Samsung UE49KS7000 Flat SUHD TV With Quantum Dot Display. Anyone else had these problems?

Still same every now and then banner comes on no signal, unplug all in one connecter picture comes back on, same with remote cant go to SOURCE fails to respond to remote switch tv off and on then its ok, Samsung support did a check on tv via internet and all they did was check tv then did a factory reset, day later failed to respond to remote control, faults are sporadic, may happen once or twice a week can go 2 weeks no faults, its irritating. 3 tvs weve had all faulty.

Could you tell us the software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.

Its up to date downloaded latest updates and checked it yesterday, software T-JZMDEUS-1007

Can we confirm the model code of your latest TV? Is it a UE49KS9000T?
