Local Freeview missing

Can anyone help? We have 5 Samsung smart TVs in the house. After a few years trouble free service, the main 55inch tv will not now receive channels 1 & 2 (BBC local) It gets 101 and 102 and even 3 (ITV local). 
All other TVs are fine and we have a pvr on the same tv that picks up 1&2 - same aerial of course. 
ive tried retuning but no good.

Hi @Howayman! What is the model number of the TV? This can be found under: Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. Also, is your TV running on the latest software version? You can find this out via: Menu > Settings > Support > Software update > Update now.
