KS7000 voice recognition stopped working

I bought a Samsung KS7000, and one day the speech recognition stopped working, either to change channels or to go to youtube, I took the command to the store where I bought the TV and it works perfectly. I already did restore data from the source and it did not solve. I await an answer

Hi, the last firmware update broke this for me but it came back once I updated to 1168.2.

 

 

I spent hours with Samsung tech support trying to fix it, resetting the tv multiple time (this is all they are capable of recomending) to be finally told that it was a week internet signal (which it wasn't).

 

No matter how many times I told them that it was a firmware but they would deny it (because they are absolutely pointless).
