Invalid MAC Address.

I have a model UN50KU6300 Samsung Smart TV that we've had for maybe two or so years. We never could connect the TV and up until now we haven't tried to. But when I attempted to connect the TV to the internet, the only thing in all 0's was the Mac Address. How do I fix this?

(It also says to contact someone at Samsung, should I?)
