How long can new TV stay in box?

So we were lucky enough to win a Samsung tv at a event, but we have no place to put it. How long can a new tv stay in its original box?? It will be stored upright in our home so there are no temperature issues.

that is great, congratulations! There are a couple of things that you will need to have in mind to store a TV:

-Temperature of the room.

-Protect it from dust.

-Stored this in the original box and upright.

-Avoid stacking anything on top, as it could put pressure on the screen as this can cause damage.

That should be able to keep your TV in a good shape for a time. Keep in mind that I'm unable to say a specific time. However, I would suggest using this as soon as you can as It's not really worthy to keep it in storage, isn't it?
