Well, yes there was apparently problems with the communication between the engineers and the call centre. Basically the engineers straight away saw the problem and identified that it was a problem with the screen so they ordered one and where going to call me once it arrived and then arrange a date for them to come and replace it. But instead if this happening I got told completely different. Anyway now it is kind of sorted as the screen has been ordered and should come by the end of the week and they should call me around then. Problem not sorted yet but it’s geeting there, thanks.
