Foggy/blurry/frost on bottom 70% of screen ue32j5500

TV is about 2 years old (since bought new). Out of the blue, the screen has a frost effect on the bottom 70%. 
Samsung UE32J5500AK UE32J5500UE32J5500


FYI: The choice of tv program was not mine! ;-)

Please advise if there's a known fix to remov

@jdeire: Do you have any external devices connected to the TV such as a set top box or console? If so, please disconnect them form the back of the TV, and check to see if the problem persists. If it does, try unplugging the TV at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and switch it on to see if this helps.

If you go to Menu > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test, does this return any errors? If so please reach out to our Help desk via the link below for further support: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
