@jdeire: Do you have any external devices connected to the TV such as a set top box or console? If so, please disconnect them form the back of the TV, and check to see if the problem persists. If it does, try unplugging the TV at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and switch it on to see if this helps.
