Some days back the eurosport player stopped working on my ue55ks8005 with software t-jzmdeuc-1241.5, bt-s. Now when i open the app it tells me that i should download the newest version of the app but when looking for that in apps there is no newer version. It seems to have happened after the last software update. What to do?

Hi @Frederik78. As your software is up to date, can you try resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000. Let me know how you get on with this.

I have the same issue and contacted Samsung support. Went through the same steps and still didn't work. This is down to Eurosport. I have contacted them as I cannot also stream from my iPhone or iPad to Apple TV. I have given them a month to sort out the issues then will be asking for a refund.

For me it work on AppleTv and iPad.. not on Samsung TV however, Eurosport specifically says that the app only works with: Samsung TV with Tizen OS only 3.0+

That's right. Mine is UE49KU6100 and is Tizen 1.0. Considering Amazon Fire tv stick
