Hello,

When I try to watch a VOD on my SIPTV, an mesagge show the tv

Error video...

Trying HTML5 Video Player...

Loading

and then black screen.

 

My TV is 

model code: UN40H5103
software version: T-NT14MUABC-1080.3
Sub-micom version: T-NT14MAUSS-1001

 

I hope you can help me please.

Hi @Lvp24111960   Just checking you have the latest update and have performed resets.   However following some research users of IPTV have found that some of the older models  due to the software being unable to play some of the current  codecs.  The model that @ccorrea14  mentioned seems to be a 2014 US model.   Whilst Moderators/users can give general advice, this is the Uk/ Ireland community and members from further afield may be wish to  visit their own community if seeking specilised support. 

 

Others may have further advice , though you could check the IPTV forum https://iptv.community/forums/samsung 

 

Just to point out that this being  the UK/Ireland community and we are unable to offer specialised support to those further afield , other countries have their own communities.
