Edge Bleeding on Samsung RU747

Hi, 

I brought new 43RU7470 UHD 4K Tvlast month and from day one I could see edge bleeding on the top right corner, but lately I could it is getting prominant day by day, Samung Say's this  how the TV is built, But I disagree, I have checked with other SAMSUNG TV owners who have brought the same TV's and there are no such issues , Can someone help me how to escale this issue, Samsung customer care is not responding properly

Have attched some photos, can someone guide me on this ? Is this how LED TV are made to work?

is this appearing in all the channels and sources? Have you run a Picture Test? 

If the issue persists when you are running this, contact our Support Team to arrange an engineer home visit.

Thansk for your response, It happens for channels, it happens only in the dark room, Service agent had visited today and he says this is not a problem and all samsung TV's are like this, to which i don't agree if that was the case i would have not brought this TV .
