Disney plus on UE50RU7020KXXU

Hi. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea as to why Disney Plus is not supported on the above tv. I purchased the tv last year and I have read It is supported on all smart tv's since 2016. I can find the app in the app store but when I go to download it it says it's not supported.

Hey @Jerseyant, this TV should support the Disney+ app. Can you send a picture of the following page? Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung.

Hi @CarloL thank you for replying. 

After much searching and trial and error I found the issue last night. It would appear as I live in Jersey the Tv's region was set to that so I couldn't download any apps that are UK based (which would also explain why I couldn't download  the Now tv app as well) I found this website https://thevpn.guru/change-samsung-smart-tv-tizen-os-region that gave me instructions on how to change the region to the UK which I have done and it's done the trick.
