Hi, just looking for some advice. I've signed up to Disney + and on the above model TV the DisneyLife app is readily availailable. However I am unable to download the Disney+ App and log in on my TV despite all updates obtained and current. 

Can you help?

Hey Danny,

I had the same issue, howeever I've just looked and the app is now on the appstore on our TV. I imagine it's there for you not too.

Just sharing some info/tips for folks here too:

 

  • App should be available on 2016 (K-series) models onwards.
  • If the app doesn’t appear, then try Apps > Search/Recommended.
  • Disney+ isn’t automatically added to the Home bar, so to do so: highlight the Disney+ app > [curser up] > Add to Home > place the Disney+ tile in your desired position.
  • It’s not possible to create an account from within the app, so it’s best to go to https://www.disneyplus.com/en-gb/sign-up on a PC/tablet/smartphone and do it from there.
