Difficulty connecting s9 to q7fn tv via smart view

Hi im having issues trying to connect the smart view on my s9 to my q7fn tv. The sound works absolutely fine but the picture works for 1 second and then disappears to a black screen. Have the same problem with my panasonic tv too. I use it for btsport and i cannot get it working. Both tvs and phone are all updated and still nothing

No its still doing it although itvworked once. Tried it on my mates lg and it worked fine
