Difference between 2019 and 2020 Frame TV

I am planning to buy Frame TV, What is the spec difference between 2020 and 2019 Frame TVs. Does 2020 Frame TV have Full-Array Local Dimming.

Also interested to know the answer to this. Seems like data which should be available given the price difference of the two.

The 2020 Frame has  superior panel, other advantages seem to be a much higher contrast ratio and peak brightness (good for HDR) free sync support and impressive motion handling.  However there is no local dimming and does not rate particularly well for  vewing angles.  The 2019 version has  excellent contrast ratio and low input lag, however image quality deteriorates at angle and does not seem to get very bright for HDR. Does not seem a great difference in most of the technical specification though  The Frame-Specifications
