Constantly resetting smarthub

I have a few apps on my Smart Tv that won't open, I try to reset them but then Apps won't open to be able to do it that way. So I reset SmartHub and all is well. Except I have to do this just about every other day for them to work, it's only with Hulu and Disney+. Not sure what I can do to stop this from happening and having to reset SmartHub so much.

@Cynthia8: Are you based in the US? Please can you confirm the full model number of your TV, located on the white sticker on the back of the device? Do you get an error message when the apps fails to load?
