Cannot mirror phone screen to TV

Hello, 

I cannot mirror my phone screen (Samsung S10+ on Android 10) via smart view to TV Samsung UE55RU7472. 

When trying, on TV it says "connecting to phone", on phone it's loading and after some time on phone is message like "power off device which you are connecting to amd try again". On TV is nothing showed. 

If i try to play sound from TV to phone, that is working fine. 

TV is on latest firmware, this wasn't working even with Android 9 in phone. 

Could you please help me somehow?

Forget smartview.

I mirror from my S5 to my Samsung TV.

All you need do is

1. Make sute the TV is powered on - remember full TV start up take about 3 minutes from power on.

then

2.  go into the setup menu on the phone

3. go to the section Connect and Share

4. Select Screen Mirroring

Phone will scan for available devices

5. Select the TV you want to mirror to

Thats it!     Simple

thank you for your answer, unfortunately there is no screen mirrroin option in S10. Or at least i'm unable to find it

If you get this app from the Play Store and load it into your android phone then you will be able to mirror from your phone to your samsung TV

The app is called  "Nero Streaming Player"
