Can't access apps buttons at bottom of screen

Hi

Model UE40KU6400

When the home button is pressed on the remote to bring up the icons at the bottom of the screen you can scroll left to get to "Settings" and scroll right to get to various icons such as Netflix, ITV HUB, BBC iPLAYER, MY5 etc

Forinstance when I pressed MY5 icon it brought up another scree showing all the different channels I could get within it.

When I press on say BBC iPlayer nothing happens.  THe same goes for all of them apart from NETFLIX icon and PRIME VIDEO icons when it does take me to the next screen.

I have done a re-set and manual tune etc but still not working.

Can anyone throw any light on the prob please.

Hey @benjak! What is the software version your TV is running on? You can check this via: Menu > Settings > Support > Contact Samsung. Also restart the TV and see if it makes any difference: unplug your TV from the wall socket > Wait 30 seconds, then plug your TV back in > Using your remote, turn your TV on.
