I have just had a brand new UE49NU7100 delivered this morning, it worked fine for about 30 minutes but now I have a blank screen.
Sound is working fine across all inputs, but the screen is totally blank.
Is there anything at all I can do?

Did the retailer suggest that the TV would be sent off for repair, @williamweeks? Are they not able to just issue a replacement?

A repair could be arranged for you if you're happy to go down that route, @williamweeks.
To have this arranged, you need to contact our Audio-Visual specialists on 0330 726 7864. They'll run through some troubleshooting steps with you first and then if necessary, book an engineer to come out to you.
They're open until 10pm today and back in again at 9am tomorrow.
