RU7400 Samsung TV
Bixby works great except when you change source to Virgin Media, Xbox, Blu Ray. Says 'service provider not set up, select yes OOBE'.
Everything works fine apart from that and it's annoying. Anyone help?

Hi @Joojooz. This message usually appears when setting up a connected device for the first time. Can you check which software version you're currently running? The latest version is 1335.0. You can find this in Support > Software Update.

No. Only if you want to change source. If you're watching virgin and ask Bixby to go to xboX, he says service provider not set up, select OOBE. That applies to all three sources.

i think, there is something wrong with the last firmware update.
after updating to 1335.0 (OTA), bixby replies every time you switched from TV to PS4 "service provider is not set, open OOBE?" (or something else)
After replying the answer with "yes", bixby change the source correctly...

You could be right, I've just purchased mine so no new update. Let's hope someone reads this and they put it right on next update (won't hold my breath though!) 🤔
