BBC iplayer not working

My BBC iplayer has stopped working, I have tried to reset it twice by unplugging my tv then doing a reset but it still does not work. All other apps are fine

I'd also recommend getting in touch with the app developer as well.

Help - BBC iPlayer stuck at loading - will not play. TV is a Samsung QE55Q7C. Any ideas how to fix?

It was working fine for over a year. Just in the last few days will not load.....have unplugged several times ...cannot uninstall or reinstall the apps (so the TV says).  Along with the kids am getting increasingly annoyed. Where should I go for help - Samsung? ...BBC?

Hi @NathanL.

What's the current software version of your TV? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.

Also, have you tried resetting the Smart Hub? Home > Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub.
