BBC Red Button not working

UE48H6700 with current software; I just checked AND did a factory reset. The BBC Red Button+ service (nor the plain Red Button) won't work. It does on a connected BT TV box AND the internet is connecting as the iPlayer, YouTube etc. does work. What can I try?

I have had this problem for 2 years. Finally solved it this morning by doing the following:

1. Go to menu

2.Scroll to broadcasting

3. Scroll down to channel settings

4.Scroll to digital text and enable.

Red button and TTX buttons now work. (Sometimes there is a short delay and sometimes it says not available, but second button press brings up the service)

Yes tv not up dateing  on the text  red button  I reset  the chanles
