Art mode issue...

I have just bought a 55” Frame 2018 model and it has previously allowed me to upload my own images for use in Art Mode via the SmartThings app but now the option does not appear on the app?? Does anyone have any ideas to fix?

I've got the same issue. No answer yet. Somehow it workes for me somethimes, now it's not working for two days. Same issue discribed here: https://community.smartthings.com/t/no-art-mode-control-when-connecting-to-frame-tv/144196

I tweeted Samsung Care UK who asked if I had the lastest version of SmartThings installed and when I said yes, pointed me in the direction of SmartThings Care. When I spoke to SmartThings they were adamant that I need to install and use Smart View instead of SmartThings which I believe was the case with the old model. They were utterly useless. Still no response from Samsung. Another issue I have is that the TV Plus app always reappears after I remove it from the Home Hub.

Hi @etyork   As far as I am aware it is Smart View you need to use with the Frame.    https://www.the-ambient.com/reviews/samsung-the-frame-tv-313 however as @CarlH has said best to give the AV Team a call .

I think this actually maybe an issue with the WiFi on the TV.  It appears to drop in and out.
