I have reset the smarthub but still not working. It says “error please try again later “ . Can I get any help please

Hi @Redemption.

 

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Go to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung, or depending on the model code, Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
