Apps Not Launching

Only TV Plus, Netflix and Prime Video are launching. All other apps in my SmartHub won't launch. When I navigate to the app, the preview shelf shows, when I click to open the app, I get the tone, but nothing happens.  Hulu, HBO Now, Showtime, HGTV, Google Play, Vudu, etc.- none of them open. I've made sure to update to the latest  software, I've reset both the TV back to factory settings and the SmartHub. What is happening?

Hi @LAbes. Can you tell me the full mode number fof your TV located on the sticker from the back? Have you tried a Smart Hub Reset?

Yes, I did a SmartHub reset and when that didn't work, I did a factory reset.

Could we take the software version of your TV, @LAbes? Go to Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
