Anyet/HDMI not working

So I just got the Amazon Fire TV Stick (2nd generation) and tried to plug it into my Samsung Smart TV. This doesn’t work as it should. I can see the Anynet device but cannot connect to it. Neither do I see the Fire TV stick as an HDMI device. Model Number and Software Version is provided in one of the 4 pictures. I’ve already looked up the whole internet for fixes like turning power off, factory reset. None of these “fixes” worked for me.

Hey CarloL! Sadly the problem did persist. I've tried an other TV and it worked completely fine. Have you got any other ideas what could fix my problem?

I have the same problem with my samsung ue82nu8000 ive tried a lot of cables and a lot of devices but it never worked , i hope we get a solution soon
