So this has started happening recently and it's starting to get really annoying. Any ideas on how to stop it happening.

Can you tell us the model of your TV? Does this notification appear across all sources? Have a go a checking all the cables and connections to see if they're secure, we’d also recommend turning your TV off and unplugging it for a while before turning it back on again. Let us know how you get on.
