All4 App failed again after latest update 6.211......Please report as urgent.

Samsung TV UE32ES6800.

Started Smart Hub and All4 wanted to update to latest version 6.211

All4 starts, you can see all options and select any option which then goes to the four blinking lights and that's it. Never progresses any further.  All sounds terribly familiar.

Software update: 002007  . Checked the update and it says it is up to date.

Is this really using correct update?

 

Performed a Reset of Smart Hub via Menu > Settings >Smart Hub >Reset

Then checked all apps were downloaded etc.

Still no joy.

 

Would be useful if this latest update could be reported as yet another failure and immediately get All4 to do a roleback.

There is a new layout which is not so easy to navigate as it requires so many clicks it drives you potty. Seriously, it really is such a bad design.

It would be helpful if they allowed you to choose not to update.

Does anyone know how to get back the previous update ?

I contacted All4 people regarding issue. Checked again today and another app update was available.
Updated, but it seems to have rolled back to version 4.40601 and reverted to original layout.
All is working again - yehar, so the All4 people seem to be on the ball.
