Hi Guys,

Just got 2019 q90r and updated to firmware 1303. When I try to use airplay TV shows up on iphone/ipad as available device and when I try to connect it asks for code. Yet my TV does not display the code. If I go to General -> Airplay Settings I just get black screen.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Andrew

OMG genius!
Airplay worked everytime Bluetooth was On.
I have connected 1 time only when Bluetooth was OFF and that was just right after I had broken a succesful connection while BT was ON.

Can anyone confirm this?

I had the same issue and a Factory Reset solved the issue. I seem to remember now that I had connected the tv with airplay to my iphone before, and afterwards changed the tv's name; from that moment onwards I had never been able to connect anymore. After Factory resetting, the tv appeared again in my phone. 🙂

The solution for me was to do a factory reset of the tv (Settings, General, Factory Reset). I hope this can help.

Solved with a factory reset of the TV.

DNS set to 8.8.8.8 on the modem/router. Wi-Fi is 2.4/5 GHz.
