My TV is Series 4 UN4300 2018. It has the Apple TV App, but I can’t even screen mirror my phone to the TV. The apple website said that my TV is eligible for Airplay 2. Any help?

Problem still remains. Tried everything:
My TV is up to specs and all the Airplay settings are visible in the TV.
This must be a software issue on Samsungs side. Would be nice to hear something about it.

There is a new update (1260)! With AirPlay settings update (17.24.6)...
but still unable to connect with my qled... 😩😩😩
