Hello, sorry for my English. After connecting to tv and copy the code from the television..it writes to me ,,unable to connect to ...” why? App Apple TV is fine, but airplay on iPhone and MacBook has a problem. Please help me ..

Hi, I have the same problem. iOS updated to 12.3, model of TV Samsung UE55NU8502 (2018) Firwmare ver. 1251 installed. Code on the TV is displayed, after entering it on the iPhone, Unable to connect to the TV message aperas on the phone.

Hi, 

how can i know about my tv if it is 2017 & 2018 or 2019 ? I only found the latest update is 1270 and its samsung 7 series (55) and the code is UA55MU7350

Hi Anbar,

 

The first letter behind the screen size describes it, M = 2017  in your case.

I have the same problem. Tv appears as airplay 2 device and pin appears on screen. But when trying to connect ”unable to connect”. Tested with multiple apple devices. Tv is UE55NU7172

Hello guys, I’m French and have the same very disappointing problem with AirPlay 2. When the code is entered, impossible to connect. I’ve called Samsung and Apple, but they can’t understand. I have a qled 2018. But I’m glad to know I’m not the only one.
