My ks7005 is 4 days old and its impossible to enjoy hdr or normal hd movies etc. in a dim or dark room. Black is grey and lighted. Is this a broken set or is it normal? Im thinking i didnt get what i paid for:smileymad:

We'd suggest if you're not happy with the display of your TV screen to speak directly to the retailer at this stage.
