I understand you need a new PS4 Pro to get full, 4k support on the playstation, however I know it is also possible on the current firmware to get Ultra HD or HDR on the regular Playstation higher than 1080 - 2k is supported (although games do not support it, Netflix and some Youtube would - I know pointless as built into this TV, but I like to test things 🙂
I have HDR enabled on the Playstation and ensured I purchased High Speed Premuim HDMI cables that are certified, yet it says HDR TV not present and the resolution set is 1080p.
Any ideas from the wise people out there?
