27 inch Space Monitor blank screen and snow

Had this monitor for 1 week and since day 1 this problem of the screen going blank and then snow happens.

I've changed GPU and still the same problem. It's using the supplied HDMI cable. My other 2 space monitors are using DP and no issues. I only have 2 DP ports on the GPU and 2 HDMI.

Will a firmware upgrade fix this? Is this a known issue?

Ok, it seems to only happen at 144hz QHD and not 120hz or lower. Is the supplied HDMI cable faulty?

upgraded the firmware to latest 1006.3. Can a samsung employee help?

Bought a new hdmi cable and the problem has gone. How do I request a replacement original cable?

Having same issue that I have to lower the resolution. Will try other Hdmi cable

Try lowering the refresh rate to 120hz. That worked for me but I bought 2.1 HDMI cable from eBay and that fixed it, kinda. Snow happens say once a week now.

Hey, I tried 2 diferent HDMI from my company and one actually fixed the problem! I'm not sure whats different between them but I'll buy the same thing
