2017 QLED QE65Q8C picture glitches before TV shuts down and then restarts of its own accord.

TV 13 months old so it is up to Samsung to provide the service direct in an accordance with 1999/44/EU directive. Now experiencing severe failings with Samsung customer support. Was informed that some one would ring yesterday but nothing. Also scheduled a call, yet again,  via Samsung TV support for a call this morning. Deadline now passed and no call. this is nothing short of atrocious support from such a large organisation. Now forced to articulate the diabolical service provided by Samsung on the wider net. Also now addressing legal action for failing to comply with the UE directive.
