I have a Galaxy 6 edge which I connected to my Samsung 5 series 40 once. Now it finds the TV but will not connect. Problem I think. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like an obvious question, but have you doublechecked that both devices are definitely connected to your Wi-Fi network?

If they are, was anything changed on the phone or TV after you'd connected before? And is everything up to date on both devices in terms of the software and Smart View app?

Yes both devices conected to my wifi. Nothing changed since I last tried it a week ago. Might delete the app and re-install although I don't know if this would help. Thanks
