My smart remote voice interaction always ask to set time and date I tried to unplug from electricity and to disconnect from internet but no luck it was working properly for a couple of month.

What's the model code and software version of your TV? Got to Menu > Support > Contact Samsung, or alternatively, Home > Settings > Support > About This TV.
