Just bought this TV. Set it up, but the YouTube app won't load. When I start the app, the YouTube logo comes up with a spinning circle below but that's it - it doesn't connect and eventually closes and reports network error. Amazon prime and netflix work fine. And the youtube app on my LG tv downstairs on the same network works fine - I even signed out of that and resigned back in with no issue. I've tried resetting the tv settings on the Samsung tv, resetting the smart interface to default settings but the YouTube app problem persists. Any ideas of how to solve this? Thanks.
And other question. Doesn't this TV have 5g WiFi?
