Your serial number isn't recognised (Solved)

I'm trying to complete the registration of my Samsung smart tv to my account. It is already listed in my account after logging in to my samsung account when setting up the tv.

 

However, when trying to complete the registration, the serial number is not accepted, giving the message 'Your serial number isn't recognised'

 

I've taken a photo of the side of the tv, and entered it in, and have also gone into the settings, and scanned the qr code to get the information onto my phone to ensure I am entering it correctly.

 

After doing some searching, I have tried leaving off the last letter of the serial, but this has not worked either.

 

Can someone please help me to get this correctly registered on my account?

 

Edit: Never mind....I have now managed to register the TV correctly. Turned out I needed to enter the model number, then select the model from the list that appeared. After doing this, the information entered has been accepted, and the tv is now shown with all information in my account.
