Hello,
I have a 22" Samsung UE22H5610AK TV. Today YouTube App after the years of use suddenly stopped working. After the update of TV to the latest firmware it doesn't start at all (switches to TV mode after 2-3 seconds after the blank screen).
Youtube version is 1.0156, reinstall option is not available. Firmware is 2890.2.
Please help.

Hi @maksim2020. Have you tried resetting the Smart Hub? To do this go to Menu > Smart Hub > Reset Smart Hub. At this point you will be prompted to enter a PIN. If you have not set one up this will be 0000.
If this doesn't work and all of your software is up to date, it may be best to get in touch with the app developer, as they maintain the apps hosted on the TV's.

Yes, I have. It didn't work, unfortunately.

Suddenly it started working. I don't know what it was, but now it works fine.
